CBH Group announces appointment of Simona Terranova to Board of Directors

CBH Group announces the appointment of Simona Terranova to the Bank’s Board of Directors. Following her election, the Board will comprise 7 members, all non-executive directors.

“We are very pleased to welcome Ms Terranova to the CBH Board as well as to our Audit Committee,” said Thierry Weber, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “Her extensive audit, risk management and compliance experience will be invaluable as we pursue our goal of expanding the Bank further”.

A Swiss Audit Expert, Simona Terranova built her expertise over time within various audit firms and co-founded MT Finance in 2021 where she advises FINMA-supervised financial entities on regulatory and operational matters.
