«Carte Blanche» for Ugo Rondinone
Ugo Rondinone invites us on a circular journey without beginning or end, suggesting a celestial mechanism ordered around a sun and a moon. As visitors wander through the exhibition, they are confronted with the harmonious agreements between the works of Ferdinand Hodler, Félix Vallotton and Rondinone himself. A tripartite dialogue is thus established, involving more than 700 works of art from the MAH collection.
From January 26th to June 18th, 2023, the Museum’s temporary spaces and permanent collection host this series of installations that encourage the visitor to become aware of their own physical involvement in spaces that are sometimes intimate, and sometimes open.
We wish you an enriching visit.
